# Governance Overview ⚡Bitmoon DAO is owned and governed by BMD token holders. Only after a successful proposal and vote, the results will be executed: \- Vote for new products, features of products \- Vote for investment decisions and projects support \- Treasury allocation into various projects through Funding ⚡Depend on the amount of BMD tokens held, there is a voting ratio, and the voting weight is based on that. If holders do not hold enough BMD tokens, there is a delegate mechanism.
